  • Cleantec City is dedicated exclusively to the sustainable development of communities and towns on the one hand and the sustainable development of business and industry on the other.
  • The focus is on systems and solutions which reduce environmental impact and facilitate the sustainable use of natural resources. What seems feasible today will be possible tomorrow.
  • The platform is aimed at decision-makers from business, industry, towns and communities, as well as planners, consultants, engineers and architects.

Exhibitor target group

  • Companies and institutions from the following sectors that manufacture and market technologies, processes, goods and services that reduce environmental impact and facilitate the sustainable use of natural resources:
  • Sustainable water supply
  • Renewable energies, energy efficiency
  • The entire domain of waste and waste water management, reducing emissions, recycling
  • Building technology, sustainable spatial development and mobility
  • As well as institutions, associations, organisations and public authorities

 

Visitor target group

  • We are aiming at both decision-makers at community level and decision-makers from various sectors of business and industry. Cleantec City is directed exclusively at trade visitors.
  • "Community level" means

a) Local authority, town and government councillors, committees
b) Head officials, technical specialists, executives and interested parties from the fields of water, energy, the environment, town and country planning, construction and transport.

  • "Business and industry" means:

a) Board members and senior executives,
b) Decision-makers and executives that deal with the environment, infrastructure and facility management

  • As well as planners, consultants, engineers and architects

 

Implementation

  • Cleantec City is a new kind of event, being a mixture of trade fair, Art Expo pavilion and congress.
  • In the Expo pavilion, which is to be called the "District of the future", projects covering the topics mentioned with a scientific background will be constructed and put on show. For example: alternative solutions for the removal of microcontamination, phosphorus recovery from biosolids, as well as battery and metal recycling.
  • The fairground consists of a high-class lounge area and conventional exhibition stands.
  • Accompanying events will be taking place daily in the Congress Centre.
  • Day 1 is aimed at senior figures from the worlds of politics, science, business and commerce, as well as local authorities and towns.
  • Day 2 is intended for specialists, executives and interested parties at community level. Day 3 is aimed at people responsible for environmental issues and infrastructure, as well as interested parties from the business and industry sectors.
